Summer Camps

                                             Camping Changes Lives!

United Methodist summer camping programs are held for younger elementary and elementary ages.  Details about the programs and the dates they are offered can be found on this website:  http://www.calpaccamps.org.  As that website says, “Our camps are week-long, overnight, Christian- based camps where your child will engage in worship, small group activities, large group activities and games. At summer camp, your child will grow in their faith, learn leadership skills, grow their self-esteem, develop inter-personal skills with peers and adults, make life-long friendships and have fun. They could also participate in activities, such as swimming, archery, ropes courses and many, many more“.

Lazy W Elementary Camp (7-11 years old):  Located in the Cleveland National Forest on the outskirts of Orange County, Lazy W Ranch is located just 15 minutes from the coastal city of San Juan Capistrano. Campers travel in small groups with caring, fun counselors, to a variety of activities.  They will spend time exploring nature, worshiping, playing games, learning archery, laughing, swimming, hiking, singing, making crafts, learning about God, living in Christian community and building friendships that will last a lifetime.  Details about this camp can be found on this website:  http://www.lazywranch.org
