Ministries
Minister (min'ister) n. ... One who or that which acts as the servant or agent of another person or thing. v. 1. To give attendance or aid; provide for the wants or needs of someone. 2. To be helpful or useful.
That's what the dictionary says. But, it is so much more. All the programs and activities at White Bluff are ministries, performed for the glory of God and to meet the needs of our community here on earth. What the dictionary misses is the blessing we all receive in return as we participate.
Participating in the ministries of the church helps us grow in our faith so that our lives can become ministries for Christ.
