Reporting Catastrophic Claims

1. Contact the Claims Supervisor to discuss accident.

 

2. If the investigation exceeds your agency’s resources, advise the claims supervisor.

 

3. Obtain information regarding the medical facility rendering emergency care for the employee and share this with MCI.

 

4. Assist Loss Control with the investigation.
