United Methodist Men

 

The United Methodist Men worked with Wellspring to build a wheelchair accessible ramp for a disabled person in White Sulphur Springs and for a community church there. Later they helped Wellspring with building renovation/repair at Quinwood, which is used as an overnight shelter for men.

 

As a group, they removed vines that had almost completely covered the west side of the older part of LUMC. They have aided the LUMC women in procuring and installing stainless steel covers for two kitchen work tables. They also sponsored two pancake meals for the church and the church bazaar, where they also sold crafts.

 

Their impact upon other males in and out of church is one of their major missions, and they will continue to offer this Christian fellowship to all who seek to know Christ in their lives.
