Summary

Joshua 1:1-9//It is time for the children of God to be strong. Ephesians tells us to be strong in the power of HIS might. The Bible says that when we are weak He is strong. We are dependent upon Him. He alone is our strength and guidance each and every day. In order to experience this strength we must have courage. God give us the Courage to Observe. We are to observe all the law. We are to meditate day and night in His holy Word. We must internalize His word in order to stand for Him. But it is not enough to just Observe, we must Obey. We are challenged to observe to DO. We must act upon what we read in His word. Jesus said if you love Me, then keep My commandments. Peter said we ought to obey God rather than men. Please God give us the courage to Obey. If we are willing to Obey then we will Overcome. Jesus encourages us to be of good cheer, for He has overcome the world. No matter what the world throws against us, we can overcome by the shed blood of Jesus. Revelation 12:11 says, “And they overcame him (Satan) by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony.” Please God give us the Courage to Overcome!
