Luke 17:5-10 The power of faith is to be used to change the world. The apostles and millions of other Christians have been doing that ever since. According to Jesus, it is not the amount of faith we think we have, it is what we are willing to do because if it. How much do we trust God to help us to keep moving forward in our relationship?

Luke 16:19-31 There are so many people in this world who are in need of help. Some are rich, some are poor, but they are all around us. How exciting it is to be given the great privilege and opportunity to change their day from gray to sunny!

Luke 14:1-14 The recognition you receive in this life is here and now, it will one day fade away. The only reason you have anything and are anything is because God desired it for your life.

Luke 15:11-32 This story paints a wonderful picture of what God is like. He is a God who regrets your rebellion, who runs when you return, and who restores you when you repent.

Luke 15:8-10 What a revelation of the heart of God this is! How God longs to see those who are lost recovered, whether they have wandered away, or whether they are lost at home where it had seemed that they had been in a place of safety.

Luke 15:4-7 Jesus was telling us that it is only when we are in the presence of Christ – allowing him to be the door that regulates our lives – that we can be safe.

Mark 4:26-32

Luke 6:46-49 In this life we need a good foundation upon which to build our lives and our faith. Jesus claims that He and His words are that foundation. His words include the promise of heaven which we are to give witness to, loving one's enemies and forgiving others rather than condemning them.

Matthew 13:44-46 What would happen if together we stopped giving our scraps to the Church, but our first fruits! What if we started giving not just what we are able to give, but beyond what we are able to give? And what if we did this because we have found the treasure hidden in the field and the pearl of great price? This is the only way to find joy in life!

Luke 12:13-21 It is not wrong to be rich. The Bible does not teach that. Nor is it wrong to save. To have money in the bank, that's wise! But it is wrong when we love things more than God! When we see our money as "all mine," when in reality we are stewards. Looking after it, putting it to work for God. Everything we have is the Lord's and we are responsible to him, as to how we have used it!
