One of the main stressors in or lives is over-crowded schedules. Busyness prevents us from Chillin' with God and those closest to us. But there is a universal remote control to control our little universes. It's called Sabbath. Sabbath is the Holy day given by God to you and me. Holy not just in the religious sense but in the sense that it is "set apart."

Most of us have stressful relationship with family members, coworkers, neighbors, and friends. God wants us to live in peace with all, as much as possible (Romans 12:18). Strife and stress can be transformed by doing everything you can to be a peacemaker and relying on God’s Holy Spirit to transform you, the other, and thus the stressful relationship.

Almost everyone stresses over money. God Says to be content with what you have. We can be content when we trust God and follow his financial management advice. Realize we can't take it with us, have a plan, get control of debt, and invest in divine treasures. Hebrews 13:5-6

Our culture is stressed out, even those of us ho follow Jesus. But God tells us to CHILL. We can begin to chill by seeing our stressors through God's perspective and trusting in Him that He is working for our good, not matter how it may seem.
