Power and victory over depressionGod has an antidote for depression. Jesus is the Prince of Peace. He has said in Matthew 11:28 "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." He also said in John 14:27 "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
In Psalm 42:11, David said:
Why are you cast down, O my soul? and why are you disturbed within me? hope in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God.
