Summary

Once a persecutor of Christians, Paul dramatically becomes a Christian and an apostle of the Lord Jesus Christ. But what does it mean that Paul is an 'apostle?' Paul, the apostle, is a commissioned messenger of Jesus, sent to bring the very Word of God...the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Therefore, we should heed his letter to the Romans. Also, we should consider whether apostles exist today, and how we have been called to serve as a 'slave of Christ.'
