Summary

"All is vanity. What has been, will be again, and there is nothing new under the sun." So says the Preacher in Ecclesiastes. And this will be true if we just 'try harder' in our commitments to God apart from Jesus Christ. We will fail once again. Praise God that He has done something new under the sun for us, by sending His Son. Christ ushers in the new covenant by His blood, and makes us new through His Gospel and Spirit. Now, we can make Gospel-centered commitments to God, for His glory.
