Summary

In the movie "The Count of Monte Cristo," the thief Jacopo swears his lifelong allegiance to Edmond Dantes for sparing his life. Such mercy deserves such a response. The apostle Paul believes the same about the mercy shown us in Christ Jesus--such mercy deserves a lifelong allegiance. God, through Christ, is rightly worshiped as we offer our entire lives to Him. And through God's Word, our minds are transformed to know the will of our Lord.
