Ron Sylvia is the founding and lead pastor of Church at The Springs in Ocala, Florida.  The church began in an office building with only 21 people and now averages over 3,000 in weekly attendance.  While leading a fast-growing church, Ron learned the value of mentoring and coaching.  As a result, he was Director of Purpose Driven Planting and has personally coached hundreds of church planters and pastors.  He authored his story and methods in the book, Starting New Churches on Purpose.  Ron is the founder of NEXT Churches and NEXT Coaching Networks. As one of a few certified in the Tom Paterson Strategic Operating Process, Ron has a passion to help pastors think and act strategically in the local church.

Paul Castelli is the founding pastor of Crosspoint Church in Spring Hill, Florida, launched in the fall of 2005. Prior to launching Crosspoint Church, Paul was a youth ministry leader for 10 years and was on staff at three churches. Paul earned a MD degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and an undergrad in Religion from Palm Beach Atlantic University. He and his wife Erin have been married 11 years and have a daughter, Keegan, born February 2009.

Jim Cowart is the founding pastor of Harvest United Methodist Church in Warner Robins, Georgia.  Harvest launched in 2001 following the Purpose Driven Church model, was recipient of the 2005 PD Church Health Award and has grown to a church of over 2,500. Jim also serves as a coach with the NEXT Churches Network, a network of church planters that teaches and encourages church planters nationwide.

Hal Mayer is the founding pastor of Church at The Bay in Tampa, FL launched on September 11, 2005. Hal earned his masters in Religious Education and his doctorate in Educational Leadership and is a certified trainer for the Center for Creative Leadership.  As executive pastor, he led many churches through transition.  He is the author of Step By Step: How to Transition Your Sunday School to Small Groups and Making the Critical Connection.  Hal serves as a NEXT conferences trainer and as coach with the NEXT Coaching Network, a network of church planters that teaches & encourages church planters nationwide.

Dave Page has planted three churches, two of which grew to over 1000. He has trained and coached pastors nationally and internationally. He taught at PDC conferences for Saddleback Church and is currently the Director of Church Planting for the EFCA West. Dave has a M.Div. and MBA in Leadership. Dave is married to Carrie Page and they have 3 children and live in the greater Los Angeles area.

In 2005, after 13 years in youth ministry, Robbie O'brien accepted an opportunity to plant a new church, The Beachside Church in Ormond Beach, FL. With God leading the way, the new plant quickly grew and within 18 months was a self supporting ministry. Now with over 1,000 in weekly attendance, people are finding that "real, relevant and salty" isn't just a tag line but defines a people who seek to live for Jesus. Robbie is committed to partnering with other pastors toward more effective ministry.

Paul Wirth is the founding and lead pastor of Relevant Church, Tampa, Florida, launched in January 2005. Prior to Relevant, Paul served in student ministry for over 14 years at three different churches. He is the co-founder of Summit Youth Leadership Conference and co-founder of INC “Innovative Network of Churches,” a monthly gathering of church leaders in the Tampa Bay Area. Paul has a degree in Pastoral Ministries from Trinity College of Florida, and has been married to his wife Susie for 19 years. He has two children, a mentally handicapped daughter Ashlyn 14, and an 11 year old son Anthony.

Mike Mozingo is the founding and lead pastor of Journey Church, Millbrook, Alabama. Journey Church launched August 15th, 2004. Mike also serves as an advisor for Developing Churches Network, which assists in planting churches all over the world. Prior to planting Journey Church, Mike served as an Associate Pastor for 3 years and Student Minister for 15 years. Mike has a Bachelor’s Degree from Samford University in Birmingham, AL and attended Southwestern Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. Mike has been married to his wife Laurie for 18 years and has three sons Hunter, Zach and Christian. Mike is passionate about planting churches and seeing the Kingdom expanded.

Doug Miller is the founding and lead pastor of Plum Creek in Castle Rock, CO.  Doug and his wife, Beth, started the church in 2005.  In full-time ministry since 1991, Doug spent over 10 years as a youth pastor, has served in a variety of leadership capacities and was part of a teaching team prior to Plum Creek.  Doug is passionate about his relationship with the Lord and call on his life. He and Beth have watched God open countless doors for Plum Creek enabling them to be a great influence in their community.

image Tim Jacobs is the Lead Pastor of Compass Church, a church of 500 in the Phoenix Metro area. Since August 2007, the church has doubled in size and has reached many unchurched people in the community. Prior to coming to Compass, he was a church planter and assisted in teaching church planting seminars throughout the United States. He is a graduate of Talbot School of Theology, and is currently completing his Doctor of Ministry degree at Dallas Theological Seminary.
