Next Coaching Networks can help you relieve those challenges. Through a structured 6-month network led by ministry experts (who have successfully tackled those same issues), you learn and apply very practical principles to improve effectiveness.Small groups of 10-12 lead pastors meet once a month for a full day of highly relational and experiential learning. A trained coach leads the network drawing from a proven leadership curriculum, a combination of ministry and business books, online resources, personal experience, and – just as importantly – each pastor.Ministry leaders from all over the country have benefitted from this team-based learning environment. One of the most powerful aspects of Next Coaching is the in-depth interaction followed immediately by a month of hands-on application and testing prior to the next session. Next Coaching offers you five types of sessions tailored to major needs participants face. Read the descriptions below and let us know which one you’d like to discuss with us.

	New Church Network - designed for pastors starting a church, leading a new church or revitalizing an established church. This network guides pastors through the actual step-by-step process of starting and leading a healthy church with emphasis on vision, mission, leadership, staff and the weekend. Networks available both onsite and online and meet for 6 months. An Online Network and an Online/Onsite Network begin in June. More details here.
	Strategic Church Network - intended for pastors already leading a church. This network is designed to increase leadership capacity, develop strategic thinking, implement systems and addresses church growth issues related to attendance, finances and staffing.  Networks available onsite and online and meet for 6 months.
	Advanced Church Network - Pastors and Executive Pastors will be led as a team through the Paterson Process - a strategic planning process that helps identify, prioritize and accomplish goals set out by a leadership team.  Facilitated by Ron Sylvia and Pete Richardson, pastors will craft a Strategic Operating Process that produces desired, measurable and sustainable results for specific operational and ministry areas of their church. Sessions meet at Church at The Spring in Ocala, FL, two days each month, June, August & October and require a full commitment by the 2-person team. Networks are limited to 10 teams. 	Team Coaching Network- Next offers a unique coaching experience designed for Lead Pastor and Executive Pastor Teams. Headed by two veteran leaders, Ron Sylvia and Tony Morgan, this network focuses on ministry strategy, leadership development, communications, web strategy (including social media) and other practical topics. This is a one-time a year coaching experience offered for 6 months in Ocala, FL at Church @ The Springs.
	Pastor/Wife Coaching Network - for pastors and their wives. Marriage and Ministry can be toxic. The pressures of ministry at times are unbearable and create conflict in even the healthiest of marriages. Ron & Teddi Sylvia have been married for 29 years and started Church @ The Springs 14 years ago. Ron & Teddi tap into their lives and experience to lead a coaching network designed just for Pastors and their wives. Take the journey together into the challenges of leading a growing church while growing your marriage.
