You are invited and encouraged to identify where and how God wants you to serve Him.  We have a Mobilization Process available to assist you in exploring your personal ministry design.  This process includes the following three phases:

  • Discovery:

    What are my spiritual gifts, abilities, talents, and passions? Use the Spiritual Gifts Survey  and the Discovery Worksheet to help you assess how God has equipped you for ministry.

  • Framing:

    What is my personal mission in life?  A Mobilization Coach is available to assist you in prayerful consideration of what God has designed you to do and where He wants you to serve Him.  To meet with your Mobilization Coach, you can click here to submit a request for them to contact you or call the FHBC Education office at 615-296-9273.

  • Placement:

    What is God leading me to do?  With your Mobilization Coach, identify places you can use your ministry design to glorify God through FHBC, in our community, and in the world.
