As a ministry of FBC DeFuniak Springs, WAKJ's mission is to serve the body of Christ without compromise through music, preaching, teaching, and prayer. WAKJ covers most of Walton County and parts of Okaloosa, Holmes, and Washington counties in Northwest Florida.

 Special Programs for Children include the highly acclaimed Adventures in Odyssey (Monday - Saturday).
WAKJ is affiliated with Moody Broadcasting Network. We feature SRN News at the top and bottom of the hour. WAKJ is a member of (NRB) National Religious Broadcasters.
In conjunction with the National Weather Service, National Emergency Alert System and the Walton County Emergency Operations Center, WAKJ provides you with up to minute information on local and national emergencies 24 hours a day.
