Christar - Danial Ortone

Daniel Ortone is currently Missionary bringing the word of Christ to the Muslim population of  France. Daniel was born in Newburgh, N.Y. near Algonquin Park just off of Route 52. He put his faith in Christ at a Vacation Bible school at what was then, in 1972, the Oak Street Baptist Church, off of Wisner Avenue in Newburgh at the age of 15. Through the influence of his home church, Leptondale Bible Church, Dan felt God was calling him to work specificly with Muslims in France. In 1995 Dan obtained full support and his visa and since then has been involved with planting ministry among North African Muslims in Lyon France. As part of the Team Dan Teaches English as a second Language, personal evangelism, as well as childern's clubs and activities.
