"It seems most every conversation I have with fellow pastors includes some discussion about challenges we are facing. I guess it’s just natural to want guidance from fellow leaders…especially those who are on the same journey.

For years I have been blessed with opportunities to coach and mentor hundreds of church planters and pastors. That’s where my passion for helping ministry leaders has grown. And from those many experiences NEXT was born. Simply put, we desire to strengthen pastor effectiveness through affordable "how-to" training conferences with a “coach/team” approach.  Our focus is on the actual steps of launching and leading a church while including the key strategic principles of leadership, organization and implementation.

As you review this site, you’ll notice our Nuts & Bolts Conference is different from other conferences in that we provide less theory & hype and more practical how-tos for church planters.  Likewise, Next Coaching is different from other pastor “help” efforts, in that provide added value by walking with you in a well thought-out 6-month curriculum of face-to-face sessions. But it doesn’t stop there; you will continue to benefit from relationships you build with peers long after our conferences and network meetings.
