Small Groups

Here are the small groups available at Trinity Heights UMC:

The Book Club small group meets monthly except for the month of August.

Connections small group meets Monday evenings at 7pm. The group works through an 8-week study once in the fall and once in the spring.

Youth and adult choirs are available, as well as youth and adult bell choirs. Wednesday rehearsals are fun and challenging.

Three women's circles meet once a month and are open to new members: Lydia Martha Ruth (Wednesday morning), Elizabeth (Monday evening) and Rebekah (Wednesday evening).

Men's Breakfast meets at 7:30am on Saturday morning most Saturdays during the school year.

Singles Lunch meets every other month on Thursdays at 11:30am for a simple lunch and wonderful sharing.

In the spring, Trinity Heights UMC offers a Lenten Luncheon Series meeting at Tuesday noon during the weeks of Lent. The hour-long time together offers the opportunity to meet with people around a table to share and discuss together.

Each fall, we have a six-session Bible Study.

Groups of our church family work together to keep up flower gardens around the church. New helpers are always welcome!

Tom Schneider offers sessions periodically dealing with revisiting one's own life experiences through the lens of John Wesley's understanding of grace, as well as using imagination in scriptural interpretation. Times for these sessions will be announced.
